Sketch Plan of 30 Southway

This is a copy of what is a sketch plan of 30 Southway from the estate of the late Lloyd Brewer, grandson of WH Brewer. The original was kindly supplied by Lloyd's wife Anne to myself and Julie Rodski (great granddaughter) on a recent visit to her. We are related to "Dad" through his daughter
Rose, the mother of Verna my own mother and Ena, Julie's mother. It would appear from the comments of N.Crawley that this is not the plan of 30 Southway when looking at the sketch plan from the Brewer estate. This plan has the name of Claude Brewer on it and he was the father of Lloyd and his brother Barry.
