The Lakeman family, Percy and Flo moved there the day before Black Saturday, February 1944. They had Richard with them, and Judy (later Singer) and Peter were born while they lived there. Percy and Flo were the last of the family to leave, in 1976.

Another difference with this plan (apart from this version showing the common wall for semi-detached houses, on the right), is that the toilet is shown inside. In 1944, the toilet was way down the back yard. It was moved inside the house about 1949.
