Coronation Ball - 1935

CORONATION BALL Tuesday 21st May 1935
Winning Queen JOYCE WITHERS (ARMY & NAVY)
Presumably the Army & Navy sponsored my mother and I would suggest it was taken in one of the halls.
My mother would have been 15 at the time. To her right and slightly above looks to be her sister VERNA WITHERS nee Puckeridge and immediately to her right is her youngest sister ENA WITHERS nee Butler. The man in uniform on the right was probably the local policeman.
