Frank Mounter was one of the first Electrical Engineers in Yallourm. He started work at Yallourn in 1922, and he and his wife Olive were one of the first to occupy a house in Maiden Street. They then moved to their permanent home at the bottom of Outlook Rd, behind the Police Station.
