The Country Swimming Championships were held at Mildura in 1965. The Gippsland District Swimming Association chartered two planes to fly Gippsland Swimmers to Mildura (from Essendon). The plane in the picture carried the Yallourn Team and Officials and some of the Morwell Team and Officials. The picture was taken by a Mildura Newspaper when we arrived at Mildura Airport.
